Vice President of External Affairs

Responsible for scheduling performances and professionally responding to all external correspondence.

Vice President of Internal Affairs

Responsible for creating steps, and dances to be performed.

President

Presides over all practices and meetings and sets the agenda. Makes all decisions, along with the vice presidents, on performances, auditions, show information, etc. Makes the
final decision on all matters.

Treasurer

Responsible for all budgeting with assistance from the President. Responsible for keeping a complete record of all funds received and used. Attends all required meetings pertaining to budgeting for the year/semester. Responsible for all ordering and setting the amount for costumes, props, paraphernalia and extra wears.

Public Relations Chair

Responsible for all flyers, advertisements, graphics, and programs. Responsible for all flyer postings in terms of advertising shows, co-sponsored events, performances on sites, listservs, office sites, etc. Responsible for maintaining/revamping effective promotional tactics.

Historian

Create and upkeep photo albums with pictures, tickets, flyers, notifications of event, etc. Takes pictures of all the organization’s events or finds an available person to take photos or videos. Responsible for maintaining positive relationships between Alumni and Black Reign Step Team, by updating them on performances, accomplishments, etc.
